· Take Left Exit to Route 4 South
· Follow Route 4 South (also called Route 1)
· Take Right Exit for Route 138East (Jamestown and Newport Bridges)
· Newport Bridge is a Toll Bridge-$2.00 one-way or $10.00 for a roll of 10
· Take Right Exit immediately after Newport Bridge (Downtown Newport)
· At Stop Sign Take Right
· Go through First Stop Light
· At Second Stop Light Take Right onto America’s Cup Avenue (Follow blue signs for Newport Gateway and Visitors Center)
· Continue on America’s Cup Avenue-Follow Blue Signs for Fort Adams State Park
· Take Right onto Thames Street (the Post Office will be across the street to your left)
· Follow Thames until you reach Wellington Square (Shell Gas Station on your left)
· Take Right onto Wellington Avenue Following Blue signs for Fort Adams State Park
· Pass Ida Lewis Yacht Club and Harbour Court (NYYC) on your Right
· First Stop Sign Take Right onto Harrison Avenue
· Next Stop Sign Take Right Again onto Harrison Avenue
· At Bottom of Hill Take Right into Fort Adams State Park
· Continue Straight Past the Gatehouse
· Sail Newport is at the Bottom of the Hill on the Right (Light Green Building)
